6:00-7:15pm&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 204);font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 102);"&gt;A new 8 Week Session starts Monday November 16th  and will run through the 'holiday season' and onto the other side of the winter solstice when the days will once again start to get longer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;November 16th, 2009- January 4th 2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 102);font-size:100%;" &gt;All classes are multi level Hatha Yoga. Although the practice and routine will vary from week to week, classes open with basic meditation and breathing instruction, we'll hold some postures for a long time to build strength and endurance, practice vinyasa (flowing quickly between postures), Yin poses (deep stretching) and relaxation.&lt;br /&gt;In my 8 years of teaching experience and 12 years of practice, I have found that the benefits of yoga are felt with as much regular practice as possible.  These benefits include experiencing a greater sense of emotional equanimity and physical vitality. During this time of year with short and dark days, it is especially important to care for ourselves and to connect with others.
